BROU

UTE
| Upgrade of the entire electric lecture meters of the UTE clients in Montevideo. Approximately 500000, in an extended period of 180 days. This project took us 150 employees for distribution, supervision, and repairs in the field. We used 20 more for inspection and organizational purposes. This is a unique service provided by us, that we concluded according to our schedule in 165 days. The result was a success, the number of errors was way below for the expectation of the client. OSE
| We performed a census of the residential connections and contract signed of the entire OSE clients in the area of Montevideo. It took us a huge investment in the technology area, because we needed to buy 60 laptops to complete the task. We had at that time more than 120 employees performing this task in the field, divided in couples and supervised by another 12 employees. By the end of the project we assisted 280000 clients in Montevideo, finishing our task in the stipulated 180 days. This was a Megaproject for our company that we completed in time and budget.
