Re-certification of our Quality Assurance System by LATU Sistemas

The 20th of August of 2007 we obtained the re-certification of the company.

The evaluation team found in their audit these next strong points of our system:

• Involvement and Compromise of the board of directors in the application of the Quality Assurance System
• Great Disposition of the staff interviewed for the audit
• The new presentation process that the company uses for induction to new personnel
• Methodology applied for the training and evaluation of the consumption system
• Implementation of the software to control the vehicle fuel consumption
• Software elaborated for the claims management process, no compliance, actions and suggestions
• The constant application of the model of constant optimization from the National Quality Award
